Bathurst Regional Council now has prepared its comprehensive new planning controls for the Bathurst region. This includes the:
- Draft Bathurst Regional Local Environmental Plan 2013 (the draft LEP)
- Draft Bathurst Regional Development Control Plan 2013 (the draft DCP)
The draft Plans are on public exhibition for the period 5 August 2013 to 16 September 2013.
